Conservation work is ongoing for our volunteers – but it's not always done on wetlands, and it's not always about ducks!

This time, the focus was turned to the golf course at Rushworth, where members of Rushworth Field & Game installed six parrot nesting boxes that members made with materials that were left over from the club's duck nesting box repair program plus some donated timber.

Parrots of many species frequent the golf course area, and they now have a greater chance at successful breeding thanks to the installation of these boxes.
